Dear Clients and Friends:
Capital Financial Strategies has had our business continuity plan in place long before the COVID-19 pandemic. We are happy to report that because of advanced planning our daily business operations have been minimally interrupted. While we are being diligent and cautious, we are open and seeing clients in our offices. We will follow all rules and regulations that the City of Jacksonville and/or the State of Florida requires with respect to face coverings, social distancing, etc.
- If you are scheduled for an office meeting, please cancel if you or a family member have been sick, running a fever or been traveling recently. We can meet you virtually or by telephone.
- Our office is stocked with hand sanitizer, disinfectant and face masks for your use. We continue to practice social distancing and conference room cleaning after each client meeting.
- Office administration, business processing and all account access can be done at our office or remotely by our administration team.
- All of our associates are capable of hosting Zoom meetings, virtual webinars and conference calls. The majority of our paperwork can be done electronically through eSignature.
