Ken Forrester is President and CEO of Capital Financial Strategies in Jacksonville, Florida. He has been in the financial services business for 35+ years dating back to 1982. Over his career, Ken has held numerous sales and management positions in the industry from Financial Advisor, Unit Sales Director, Mentor, General Agent and Managing Partner.
Capital Financial Strategies and Ken specialize in several areas which include Business Insurance, Estate Planning, Retirement Planning, Investment and Advisory business. As an affiliate instructor with the Financial Education Network Ken most recently has taught classes in Retirement Planning held at the University of North Florida. His primary goal today is to work with his clients and to help Capital Financial Strategy associates continue to grow and expand their footprint in the Southeast.
Ken is a Registered Representative and Investment Advisor Representative of Cetera Advisor Networks LLC and his securities registrations include series 6, 7, 24, 63 and 65 as well as Life, Accident and Health Insurance licenses.
Ken graduated from the University of Alabama in 1982 with a business degree and immediately entered the financial services business. He has been married for 24 years, has two children and is a lifelong Florida resident. His hobbies include all sports, especially college football, reading and travel.
